PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING

Hi!...I'm Brady ;) I'm a personal fitness trainer in the Astoria, Queens area. I specialize in diet, sculpting & toning, cardiovascular fitness, weight training, fitness for women involving stretching & light weight training. I know many exercises that can be done without the use of free weights or machines. I put lots of emphasis on the importance of following a clean diet rich in protein, good carbohydrates, good fats. I will teach you proper stretching habits. I will put you on a plan to improve your cardiovascular health. Are you winded after walking up the stairs at your work or home? I can get you worked up to an improved level of cardiovascular health that way you can have an increased ability to continue physical activities for extended periods of time. If you are looking to shed unwanted fat from your body while adding & toning the muscles that are hidden and unseen due to fat content, I can achieve this for you. My goal is to make sure you feel better about yourself and gain an improved desired appearance. As you loose the fat in the areas of your body that show your muscle definition, you will look much better and fit into your clothes better giving you much more confidence and self esteem. This plays an important roll in feeling attractive to other people. Everybody wants to look good...right? Many people ask how to target the fat on their hips, thighs, butt, or belly; the truth is....you can't. You must increase your cardiovascular excercise (biking, fast-walking, treadmill, stair-master, ext.) and eat a clean diet . This will help you lower your body fat percentage which will eventually get to your desired look. Ask me anything you ever wondered about fitness. I may not have every answer but I will research it if I don't know. I like to develop a close relationship with my clients and work closely with them to meet their desired goals.
