I have been honored to serve as Borough President for these last several years, and thank all of the residents of Queens who have gone to the polls and voted for me for a second term. Each day I do my best to earn your trust and allegiance.

The Economy in Queens

The Office of Economic Development seeks to attract and retain jobs through providing information to existing and potential businesses; working with neighborhood groups to plan for growth; and advocate for the business community. To this end, the office provides assistance to both large and small businesses, as well as to the many business organizations and agencies in the Borough.
